We provide safe & supportive housing for women & children in the process of moving from emergency shelter to economic stability & permanent housing. Located in the densely populated & ethnically diverse Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles, we also serve our broader neighborhood community by providing educational & enrichment opportunities for our neighbors as well as our residents.

Charity Class to support Amp Association's Million Meter Challenge. This Million Meter Challenge, happening the day before, is a fundraising event - a physical challenge of small teams working on 20 different machines, pushing toward One Million Meters. Amir and I are one of those teams and I thought: Yeah, we're all gonna need some yoga the next day! Why not have it support Color of Change and The RIG as well :) This all-levels class will warm the body up a little with some dynamic stretching, and then we'll switch over to some nice and cozy Yin.
