Yang Class Sundays at 10:15am Pacific
This dynamic yoga class will include a 40min physical practice followed by a 10min guided meditation. You may need a pair of yoga blocks and a blanket depending on flexibility and balance. If you don’t have blocks, thick hardcover books or family-sized canned goods may be sufficient substitutions.
Bi-Monthly Yin Class Sundays at 9:00am Pacific.
This more passive yoga class will include a 35min physical practice followed by a 15min guided meditation. You may need a pair of yoga blocks, a blanket, and/or a pillow. If you don’t have blocks, thick hardcover books or family-sized canned goods may be sufficient substitutions.

Please send payment and register with Zoom using the link(s) above to guarantee your spot in class. Registration will close one hour before class begins, or earlier depending on capacity. You will receive a confirmation email from Melissa Mooney / email@example.com once your payment has been received and your registration has been approved. Please allow 12 hours to receive this and check your Junk Mail before reaching out.
